21km : A route for runners craving a challenge. The route includes sand roads, moderately technical forest sections. A murderous climb to the infamous tower, and a technical decline through the gorge, leading you back to a magnificent waterfall, river crossings, twists, turns and a few sneaky hills. To keep it challenging we have included a few mysterious clues along the way.

Compulsory gear: Minimum 1L capacity hydration; Fully charged cell phone. Cut-off: 5 hours

10km : A route filled with adventure, some sneaky inclines and switchbacks. Moderately technical rocky and forest sections, which include bridge crossings so be vigilant. The beautiful route along the river will make your journey worth every step whether walking or running. To make it even more interesting we have included a little mystery.

5km : This route takes you on a loop from sand roads, into a windy forest and around a picturesque dam. There are sharp turns and mystery clues to look out for along the way. Easy enough for all to enjoy.
